GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Regular Tickets: $125
  • Senior Tickets (Age 62+): $75
  • Student Tickets (Ages 13-21): $75
  • Includes access to all sessions, Wellness Fair & Market, and event materials.
VIP ADMISSION
  • VIP Admission Tickets: $175
  • Includes everything in General Admission plus priority seating, exclusive VIP lounge access (if applicable), and a special VIP gift bag.
Group Tickets and Bundles
  • Planning to attend with friends, family, colleagues, or a group? We offer a special rate for groups of 10 or more at a discounted rate.
  • Please contact us at bwwday@ffbww.org for custom bundle packages for seniors and students groups, and other special requests.
Scholarships and Discounts
  • Scholarships to Black Women’s Wellness Day are limited and provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to individual women (not organizations/businesses) until they are gone, and ONLY TO PERSONS WHO HAVE A CLEAR DEMONSTRATED NEED and who are COMMITTED TO ATTENDING if the scholarship is granted. Therefore, we ask that only serious applicants apply. APPLY HERE EARLY!

Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center

The 18th Annual Black Women’s Wellness Day will be held at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, located at 1 John Nolen Drive, Madison, WI 53703.

Directions

Use your preferred navigation application for detailed driving directions from your point of origin. If using GPS please use these coordinates: 43.069972, -89.382583.

You will arrive at the John Nolen Drive entrance to the venue parking ramp. Or, Input 1 W. Wilson Street to enter the parking structure from Wilson Street or to use the drop-off lane.

You will find plenty of parking convenient to all that downtown Madison and Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center have to offer.

Monona Terrace features a State-owned and managed 600-space, automated parking structure available 24/7 and is accessible via West Wilson Street and the eastbound lanes of John Nolen Drive.
