Thank you for your interest in participating as a Sponsor and/or Vendor/Exhibitor for the 15th Annual Black Women’s Wellness Day event hosted by The Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness! We are excited to host our first live and in-person BWWDAY since the pandemic struck in 2020!
Join us in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday, September 30th, 9am – 5pm CST at the beautiful waterfront Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center as we bring a transformational day of Information, Inspiration and Empowerment to our audience of over 700 guests.
BWWDAY offers wide exposure for your brand, business, organization, products and services with an engaged audience of women who value quality and loyalty with brands and services they trust.
GENERAL EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFORMATION
Reservation of a vendor/exhibitor space is available for non-profit and for-profit organizations on a first-come, first approved basis until space runs out. If approved, the Vendor/Exhibitor assumes the responsibility and liability for all losses, damages, and claims arising out of your participation in this event. Vendors/Exhibitors agree to be in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the showcasing and sale of products and services.
Refunds & Cancellations
Vendor/Exhibitor space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and is non-refundable. Cancellations are discouraged. Please contact us directly at (608) 305-4422 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions regarding this policy.
