- I am so glad I attended Black Women’s Wellness Day program today. This is my second year in attendance, and I can honestly say I leave with not just my cup filled, but overflowing. From the inspiring keynote to the breakout sessions, it’s hard to walk away feeling anything but inspired and unshakeable. I’m already looking forward to next year’s lineup!

- I’ve never experienced sisterhood. I grew up with three brothers then I birthed four sons. Sisterhood this weekend felt so good to me. The closeness and the shared feelings were unique as well as phenomenal. This was my first Black Women Wellness Day, and I will never miss another one.
- This was my first event and I came not knowing what to expect. I left uplifted, motivated, and looking forward to attending next year’s event! My sister came with me and she was in tears thanking me for bringing her because she had such a beautiful time.
