BWWDAY offers vendors and exhibitors a unique opportunity to engage with an invested, values-driven audience, and the results speak for themselves!

WELLNESS FAIR & MARKET

Since the launch of Black Women’s Wellness Day, the Wellness Fair & Market has been a signature part of the experience, bringing together community, commerce, and wellness in one vibrant space.

Each year, nearly 100 vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors from across the Midwest connect directly with attendees, showcasing local businesses, health resources, wellness experiences, nutritious product samples, giveaways, and community services that support them living and leading healthier lives.

We’re especially proud that the Market bolsters the visibility, connectivity, and sustainability of Black Women entrepreneurs to achieve financial and whole-life wellness.

GENERAL VENDOR/ EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Reservation of a vendor/exhibitor space is available for non-profits, small businesses and corporate/large businesses on a first-come, first approved basis until space runs out.

Nonprofit ($200)

Connect with attendees by sharing your mission, programs, resources, and services while building meaningful community relationships. Position your organization as a trusted resource and advocate supporting the health and well-being of Black women and families.

Small Business ($325)

Showcase your products, services, and brand to our highly engaged audience ready to discover, support, and invest in businesses that align with their values and needs. Create authentic connections for your growing business that amplify your visibility, customers, and community impact!

Corporate/Large Business ($750)

Increase brand awareness and demonstrate your commitment to community engagement by connecting directly with a diverse and highly engaged audience. Position your organization as a leader and partner invested in advancing health, wellness, and equity.

To apply for space, please complete the application form below. Once approved, vendor fees will be accepted online or via check.

Additional Information
  • Vendors/Exhibitors are provided with ONE 6ft table and TWO chairs
  • All vendors/exhibitors MUST provide their own table covers
  • Electricity is available for an additional fee of $60
  • Daily parking at the venue is $5. Rates are set by the City of Madison and are subject to change.
  • Wellness Fair & Market hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Hours subject to change.
Liability

If approved, the Vendor/Exhibitor assumes the responsibility and liability for all losses, damages, and claims arising out of your participation in this event. Vendors/Exhibitors agree to be in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the showcasing and sale of products and services.

Refunds & Cancellations

Vendor/Exhibitor space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and is non-refundable. Cancellations are discouraged. Please contact us directly at (608) 305-4422 or bwwday@ffbww.org if you have questions regarding this policy.

Vendors/Exhibitors are encouraged to promote your participation in BWWDAY prior to and following the event to share the excitement and to get the most exposure for your participation!
